The Pool!

My Boompa & my mommy took me to Atcher Island Pool in Schaumburg! I had so much fun & I can't wait to go back!

One and a Half Years Old Today!!

I am a year and a half old today and I went to the Dr and had my 18 month checkup too! The Dr said it is hard to believe I was a preemie weighing only 3lbs 9oz just 18 months ago. I weigh 26.4 lbs and I am 31 3/8 inches tall too! I had 3 shots today, 1 in my arm and 2 in my other arm. I am such a trooper I didn't even cry! I think I got this tough from spending the first 2 months of my life in the ISCU at Evanston Hospital. Mommy & daddy think I am pretty fun too....here are some things I can do...

help mommy put the laundry into the dryer,

push elevator buttons if I am tall enough,

bounce my ball which I think is hysterical,

try to put my clothes and shoes on,

put my purse on my shoulder,

I can say...mama, dada, Lizzy, Hi, Bye & make barking sounds like my doggie too!

I'm a pretty smart little girl for being only 18 months old & my family thinks I am the best!!

Venetian Night in Chicago!

Here I am with my buddy Jessica at the park! We were able to go downtown and watch Venetian Night with the boats on Lake Michigan and the fireworks! Mommy's best friend Leanne & her husband have a condo that they stay at when they are in the city....it looks right out at the lake & Grant Park & Millenium Park too! We had a perfect view from the balcony and got to watch the crowds of people below us!

Fun Times!

Here I am with my second cousin Hadley (my other cousin Hannah is pictured in the back). I had so much fun visiting with them while they were here from California!

I can't forget about my favorite brother Casper...he loves basking in the sun! He is so funny, sometimes he likes to lay in the mulch in the backyard!
