One Year Pictures & Breaking News!!!

Here are my one year pictures, I got them taken on Sunday, Feb. 17th. I had to wait until I was not sick anymore, I got a cold right after my birthday...yucky! I have also been working on saying "HI" and it came out so clear when I said it on Monday. Now everywhere I go I say "Hi" to everybody I see! My mommy and daddy are so proud of me that I have mastered my first word!!! Hooray for me!

Happy Valentine's Day-2008!!

Today was a very special Valentine's Day! Last year I was in the ISCU at Evanston Hospital growing and getting healthy. My grandma, boompa & Aunt Lizzy came over, we went to a special Valentine's Day Storytime at the library. We sang songs, listened to stories and even watched a movie! Mrs. Porter (the librarian) even gave me a special Tinkerbell Valentine! My mommy & I go to storytime every Friday, mommy came along too. Then we went back to my house and played and had some lunch and I got lots of Valentine's Cards & Treats too! I had a very fun day today...thank you my family! I love you (blowing kiss)!

Pulling Myself Up!

I am now working on pulling myself up into the stand up position! I even surprised my mommy & daddy tonight by pulling myself up in my crib before bed tonight! This picture was earlier in the evening when I was in my pack-n-play!

One Year Checkup and Stats!

My mommy and I ventured out in the snowstorm today to my one year checkup and here are the stats....
Weight 21 lbs 15 ounces
Height 28 1/2 inches

I can now drink whole milk and my big girl carseat can go forward facing now!!
After that my mommy and I spent the night at my grandma's ... my first sleepover, it was fun!!!
